Removal of the general rubbish & waste from the site
Removal of grease, oil etc from the floor of the building
Temporary Capping of Shaft No 1 & 2
Capping of the wind drift on Shaft No 2
Removal of the hazardous wastes from the building
Demolition of the buildings, removal/demplotion of the steel structures above shafts No & 2.
Stockpiling of the inert building materials on site

Tender responses from the above Companies ONLY will be accepted.
Mandatory site meeting on 6 February 2007 at 10.30 a.m on site.
Tenderers to assemble in front of Workers Club, Oakdale by 10.15 a.m.
A Hard copy of Appendix B will be handed to the tenderers at the pre-tender meeting.
An Electronic copy of Appendix B is not available for downloading from the web site.
