Milestone 1 of the contract is the Block K - Senior Boys Toilet is to be refurbished including new floor tiles, new toilet suites & sanitary fixtures, CFC cubicle partitions, painting and other miscellaneous work.
Milestone 2 of the contract is the Block J - Boys and Girls toilets are to be refurbished after completion of Milestone 1 including new floor tiles, new toilet suites & sanitary fixtures, CFC cubicle partitions, brickwork, painting and other miscellaneous work.
Milestone 3 of the contract is the Block E - Senior Girls Toilet is to be refurbished after completion of Milestone 2 including demolition, brickwork, metalwork, painting and other miscellaneous work.
Tenders are invited from those companies pre registered in Sydney Basin for Building Works between the amounts of $250,001and $500,000
