To support the NSW Respect at Work Taskforce design and implement effective strategies to prevent and/or respond to workplace sexual harassment in NSW, the Centre for WHS seeks targeted research that addresses current gaps in knowledge related to the effective prevention and/or response to workplace sexual harassment in NSW. The primary objective of this project is to conduct research that will provide a robust evidence base for the creation of interventions that:
• Are effective in preventing incidences of workplace sexual harassment in the workplace; and/or
• Provide an effective response to incidences of workplace sexual harassment, from notification right through to conclusion of investigation and back to BAU.
