Tender Details
To support the state’s economic recovery following COVID-19 public health restrictions, the NSW government introduced a suite of voucher programs in 2021 and 2022: Dine & Discover, Stay NSW and Parents NSW.
These programs were broadly intended to promote NSW residents spending at businesses within sectorsheavily impacted by the public health restrictions; their specific policy intents are described below. For thesethree programs, NSW Treasury was responsible for policy development and Service NSW for program design and implementation.
With Dine & Discover NSW having concluded on 30 June 2022, and Stay NSW and Parents NSW concluding on 9 October 2022, the Government is now seeking to understand the outcomes and impacts of these programs at both an aggregate and individual level, and to ensure that any insights and lessons learned are captured to inform the development of future programs, through an independent evaluation.
The final output of the evaluation will be a single report covering all of the voucher programs.
