Demolition of an existing brick classroom block to allow construction of a new communal hall with associated canteen and outdoor covered area. The new hall is single storey brick veneer with metal roof of approximately 700 sq.m. Related external works and demolition of existing canteen. Conversion of the former “hall” into two classrooms.
