SCOPE
The works comprise the provision of all materials, labour, transport, tools, plant, equipment and everything else necessary for the installation, testing, commissioning, and 12 months operational maintenance and defects liability of the works as detailed in this specification, together with all minor and incidental work not specifically mentioned herein, to the true intent and meaning of this specification.
The contractor shall protect all work areas within the building from all damage. All flooring at any part of the building that has to be traversed by heavy trolleys carrying plant and equipment shall be suitably protected by minimum 6mm thick plywood sheeting or approved equal.Supply and Install Requirements.
Associated electrical worksThe work, as detailed in drawings, shall include provisions of, but not limited to the items below.
Remove redundant electrical cables and circuit breakers if applicable.
Provide new cables, circuit breakers, variable speed drive units, power and control systems related to the new chiller and pumps.
Modify extend or add a supplementary switchboard as necessary to house the new equipment
