Tender Details

Department of Education is in the early planning process for the Macquarie Park Education Campus, which will deliver new primary schools, in addition to other interventions, to meet the needs of a growing population in Macquarie Park. School Infrastructure NSW wishes to invite suitable Parties who own or control land, or can demonstrate an ability to secure an interest in land and partner with Government within Macquarie Park, to submit a Registration of Interest for the delivery of land and/or built form and/or floorspace for new primary schools.

This invitation for Registration of Interest allows suitable Parties that have capability to deliver the land and/or built form and/or floor space for a school to register their interest in participating in the Program. This represents an opportunity for the school communities at Macquarie Park, the Macquarie Park community and the State to benefit from an integrated approach to property development and delivery of a school as part of a community focused development.
