Department of Education / RFT SINSW Capital Consulting Services Standing Offer Panel Intake – Project Management Services - SINSW00906/20

The NSW Government's 2018/19 Budget includes $6 billion over four years to deliver more than 170 new and upgraded schools to accommodate a rise in pupil enrolments. This includes an additional $160 million spend as part of the record $747 million maintenance investment announced in 2017. This is the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.

SINSW has been tasked with delivering this extensive program of school construction and upgrades. Please view our webpage at https://www.schoolinfrastructure.nsw.gov.au to further understand this program of works.

SINSW via this RFT will refresh the existing Standing Offer Panel for Project Management Services. The Panel is in place until 31st December 2023. 

The RFT provides an opportunity for suitably capable entities and organisations to submit a tender response to SINSW to offer Services satisfying the Specifications.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

A non-mandatory Industry Briefing will be held across various sessions via videoconference on Thursday 28 May 2020. Interested parties must register with SINSWProcurement@det.nsw.edu.au to be added to one of the sessions. Note: Only one device per tenderer may attend the briefing.
