Applications are invited from approved (OSHC) Operators to provide an Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) and Vacation Child Care service at Brighton-Le-Sands Public School

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Additional Details / Instructions

COVID-19 restrictions are still in place and consequently there will be no SITE INSPECTION at Brighton-Le-Sands Public School.  Part B Statement of Requirements provides the floor plans of the Hall accommodation or contact Colin Howard on 0437 744 410 if further clarification is required.  

A new OSHC Hub building is being installed at the school and is due for completion in May, 2021.  If there are waiting lists of parents wanting places, the OSHC Operator will need to apply for a Space Waiver as per the attached guidelines document

The National Standards for OSHC set down the minimum standards necessary to ensure that OSHC services provide a safe, nurturing and developmental experience for the children and provide the foundations for current and future systems of Quality Assurance.

These standards address; facilities, health & safety, staffing (including staff to child ratios), service procedures (policies, programs etc.) and administrative functions required to operate an OSHC service.
