Department of Education / Panel Agreement for Project Management Services - WS252376707

TAFE NSW is establishing a panel of suppliers to provide Project Management Services as and when required for an initial term of three years. 

This invitation seeks suitably experienced companies meeting the mandatory criteria to provide the following services:

• Project scope definition

• Stakeholder engagement and management, including coordination of project meetings

• Management of all phases of the design process, including statutory planning and approvals

• Management of the Approved Contractors, Subcontractors and Consultants, including WHS requirements, in the delivery of the Project.

• Management of Construction activities, including procurement, site works, handover and commissioning, and defects liability period.

• Financial Management and Progress Reporting, including cash flows and record keeping.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

To be eligible to submit a tender, the following criteria must be met:

1. Current Member of NSW Government Prequalification Scheme for Consultants in Construction (SCM1191) - "313 Project Management, or can demonstrate that an application has been submitted and awaiting assessment.
2. Has experience managing projects under the GC21, MW21 and MMW contract models.
3. Attended the Mandatory Tender Briefing 
4. Agreement to sign up to SAP Ariba at the business partner level and submit electronic invoices
