Applications are invited for the opportunity to provide services to operate an Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) and Vacation Child Care Facility at King Street Public School.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

SITE INSPECTION of the school (and OSHC facilities) is scheduled for 10am on 9 July 2020.    

On arrival for the inspection please sign in and meet at the School Administration office. Under no circumstance are vistors to walk around the school without supervision, without signing in, and only when accompanied by a AMU representative and/or Principal, delegated staff.         

 

The National Standards for OSHC set down the minimum standards necessary to ensure that OSHC services provide a safe, nurturing and developmental experience for the children and provide the foundations for current and future systems of Quality Assurance. These standards address; facilities, health & safety, staffing (including staff to child ratios), service procedures (policies, programs etc.) and administrative functions required to operate an OSHC service. Interested applicants submitting an application to this Request for Tender (RFT) must ensure that they (and by extension, associated entities in any other State of Australia and proposed staff) are able to comply with ALL conditions of this RFT document and ALL relevant Regulations and Acts including Privacy Act at all times. This is a mandatory condition and applies throughout the tender process and duration of the Agreement entered into by the tenderer if successful. Any non-compliance issue occurring during any stage of the tender process may result in rejection of the proposal by the Department and/or termination of the Agreement if the latter is executed.
