Department of Education / Head Design Consultant Panel - WS278452984

TAFE NSW is establishing a panel of suppliers to provide Head Design Consultant Services as and when required for an initial term of three years. 

This invitation seeks suitably experienced companies meeting the mandatory criteria to provide the following services:

1. Assemble, manage and direct the Sub Consultants, teams and resources to deliver the project design;
2. Coordinate with any specialist consultants engaged directly by TAFE NSW or the Project Manager for the Project;
3. Manage and coordinate any required site investigations;
4. Manage the design and documentation of the Project;
5. Apply approved project delivery methods, including co-operative contracting and the use of NSW Government standard form contracts (e.g. GC21 General Conditions of Contract); and
6. Apply project management procedures including, but not limited to:

• Risk management and procurement risk management;
• Capital and recurrent cost planning;
• Public communications, government liaison and public sector probity;
• Quality assurance procedures;
• Work, health and safety laws and management; and
• Organisational change management.

To be eligible to submit a tender, the following criteria must be met:

1. Current Member of NSW Government Prequalification Scheme for Consultants in Construction (SCM1191) - Architectural Categories (200, 201, 202, 203, 204) or can demonstrate that an application has been submitted and awaiting assessment.
