Overview
The aim of this Request for Tenders (RFT) is to establish a panel of suitably qualified and experienced consultants which can be utilised at their tendered rates for expert Preliminary Indigenous Heritage Assessment and Impact (PIHAI), Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment Reports (ACHAR) and Aboriginal Heritage Management Plans (AHMP). A limited number of suppliers will be selected for appointment.
In delivering its capital portfolio, School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) currently spends approximately $1.1million over 22-25 projects per annum on these assessments. This is predicted to increase in future years.
The initial term of the panel is three years, with two further 12-month options to extend - a potential five (5) year arrangement. Offers of extended terms will depend on performance.
This is an open tender. Please note this RFT is for experienced PIHAI/ACHAR/AHMP consultants only. If your usual business is not provision of these assessments, DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS INVITATION TO TENDER.
Pre-Tender Meeting
There is an online pre-tender briefing (via Microsoft Teams) is scheduled for 3pm on Thursday 9th December 2021. (The meeting is not mandatory.) Tenderers must register their attendance to SINSWProcurement@det.nsw.edu.au with the details of their nominated attendee by 12pm 7th December 2021. (A link to the Microsoft Teams meeting will be emailed to those tenderers that register to attend.)
