Advanced and specialist courses in trauma-informed practice to provide additional opportunities for staff working in communities significantly impacted by trauma to continue developing their skills and knowledge, to enable them to meet the needs of their students.
The successful respondent(s) are required to:

Co-design the courses with Departmental staff, ensuring that the courses align with the content of the foundation course and are fit for purpose across the Department.
Deliver a pilot of the two courses
Evaluate the effectiveness of the pilot training courses
Potentially, deliver the courses on an ongoing as required basis
