| As per Part A - Tender Conditions; there The National Standards for OSHC address; facilities, health & safety, staffing (including staff to child ratios), service procedures (policies, programs etc.) and administrative functions required to operate an OSHC service. Further information relating to these standards can be found via; https://www.acecqa.gov.au/nqf/national-law-regulations and https://www.acecqa.gov.au/nqf/national-quality-standard OSHC services are regulated by the Department of Education Early Childhood Education & Care Directorate. For further information refer to; https://education.nsw.gov.au/early-childhood-education The Department of Education (the Department) requires that all licensing processes are conducted under the principles of Probity and Fairness. Only information submitted on the Part C - PRESPONSE SCHEDULE(S) published will be assessed. Please DO NOT include any attachments unless requested in the Response Schedules. Any non-compliance issue occurring during any stage of the tender process may result in rejection of the proposal by the Department and/or termination of the Agreement if the latter is executed. In light of the above, the Department requires that any tender response DOES NOT contain or include any incentives and inducements. If you wish to participate in this, or any other opportunity, any response submitted must not contain any incentives or inducements to the Department, financial or otherwise, that could reasonably be considered as being beyond the requested scope of service.
