TAFE NSW is seeking an approved provider of residential aged care to enter into a formal agreement to co-create the Residential Aged Care Centre of Excellence (the Project). The Centre of Excellence will be a specialist TAFE NSW training facility; co-located with an industry funded, built and operated residential aged care facility (home) and ancillary products and services (Respondent’s Proposal).

TAFE NSW will seek the Government’s approval for a capital investment in a new specialist facility, timed to be co-located with the private sector’s investment, specialising in health care.

TAFE NSW will engage the sector through a two-stage approach. Firstly, this call for Expressions of Interest (EOI), followed by an invitation to selected respondents to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP) process, allowing parties to explore opportunities and the prerequisites of a successful partnership.

NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, Cumberland/Prospect, Inner West, South West Sydney, Illawarra, Southern Highlands
