Proposed Tender Details

The NSW Department of Education is seeking responses from suppliers of Student Administration systems and solutions wishing to pre-qualify for entry to a procurement panel.


The Department is seeking suppliers who can offer one or more of the below solutions:

1. Student Administration, including capabilities such as attendance; student choices, wellbeing & services; excursion & event management; analytics and reporting

2. School Management and Operations, including capabilities such as calendar Management; assets & facilities; school canteen/uniform shop management; sick bay management; forms & process automation

3. Timetabling

4. Student Finance

5. Parent Communications

The Department will release high level business requirements.

The EOI will also be used to notify suppliers of the mandatory requirements of the next stage of the procurement such as registration on the ICT Services Scheme, use of the Procure IT Framework as the form of Agreement, minimum insurance requirements.

Shortlisted suppliers assessed as capable of delivering the expected outcomes (as per the Evaluation Criteria) may be invited to participate in the next stage of the procurement.
