Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) together with Southern NSW Local Health District (SNSWLHD) is seeking responses to this Request for Tender to establish a panel of Clinical Coders to supply a range of Clinical Coding services to its Clinical Coding Department.
High levels of accuracy in code assignment are critical as coded morbidity data is integral to internal and external performance and reporting functions that support the management of hospital services and patient safety; inclusive of activity based management; service planning; clinical governance and patient safety; clinical training, education and research.
