Responses to this Request for Proposal (RFP) are invited from suitably qualified and experienced organisations interested in developing an innovation partnership with South Eastern Sydney Local Health District (SESLHD) to design and trial solutions for the SESLHD Virtual Care Centre at Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick. This opportunity will see the successful organisation work closely with SESLHD clinical and executive teams in realising our ambition to deliver virtual health at scale for the one million people who live in the South Eastern Sydney area. The initial focus on proactive and consistent management of those with chronic disease who are known to SESLHD clinical teams, will move toward a value-based care model, where at risk populations are identified for early intervention.

Request for Proposals - An invitation for expressions of interest / seeking preliminary proposals. In many cases these may be used as a basis for shortlisting tenderers, along with other criteria such as expertise and experience. Prospective tenderers are initially evaluated for their proposal against the relevant selection criteria. A number of those who best meet the criteria are invited to tender. For complex or some other types of procurement, where the product or service outcomes are highly dependent on the content of the proposals received from Tenderers, the outcome may be negotiated.

A Supplier Briefing will held virtually at 12:30pm on Thursday June 10th 2021. Respondents must register their interest to the Contact Officer at least 24 hours prior to receive instructions on how to access this briefing session.
