This is an exciting opportunity to participate in the redevelopment of new health facilities on the Randwick Campus. The Successful Proponent(s) will be required to fit-out the retail spaces(s) and install the necessary equipment to operate the food and beverage outlets, convenience store, and florist/ gift shop and other outlets. The areas are located on level -01 and 00 of the Acute Services Building.

It is anticipated that the building will be opened in February 2023. Proponents may submit a Proposal for one or more of the retail outlets. SESLHD intends to offer a lease(s) of the premises to the Successful Proponent(s) best able to meet the retail service needs identified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). The Successful Proponent(s) will be equired to enter into a commercial arrangement for a period of five years (5) years from the commencement date with an option to extend for up to five (5) years.
