South Western Sydney Local Health District (SWSLHD) are undertaking this market sounding in order to obtain feedback on Patient Entertainment options prior to undertaking a formal approach to market. At the conclusion of market sounding, SWSLHD intend to develop a statement of requirements that incorporates industry feedback in respect to the feasibility of the procurement activity, the capability of the market, the existence of a competitive market and the capacity of the market to meet the requirements.
The objective of this document is to communicate SWSLHD’s requirements and expectations in respect to Patient Entertainment Systems and solutions for use in SWSLHD facilities nominated.
The Respondent acknowledges and agrees that the SWSLHD will not be liable to the Respondent for any costs or expenses incurred by the Respondent as a result of its participation in this market sounding exercise, including where no procurement activity follows the market sounding.
