The International Evaluation Partner (IEP) will be responsible for providing the following services:
Input into the development of a detailed evaluation plan for the program;
Providing input to the annual external evaluation of the CSRP, to be delivered in September each year of the 3 year program, through;
Provision of advice to the local evaluator on quantitative and qualitative data interpretation and reporting;
Provision of strategic input to the evaluation around the issues of program implementation, management and strategic direction.
Depending on the proposals submitted, an expansion of this role may be negotiated.
The Centre for Health Service Development (CHSD) at the University of Wollongong is the preferred tenderer for the local evaluation role. The IEP will be required to work cooperatively with the CHSD and the annual external evaluation report will be a joint product of the CHSD and the IEP.
