Tender Details
The Greater Southern Area Health Service seeks suitably qualified photographer/s to provide photography services across seventeen (17) sites with maternity services. Due to the distances between facilities the Health Service will entertain securing the services of more than one photographer.
All baby still photography carried out at GSAHS premises will be operated as a commercial venture shall be done exclusively by the successful bidder/s and no other commercial photographer is authorised to take baby photographs within GSAHS unless agreed by both Parties or with the following exceptions:
a) mothers / families may choose their own photographer, or
b) television, newspaper or commercial photographers shooting for any form of media release or corporate use with the authority of GSAHS
c) photos may be taken by staff to assist with referrals to tertiary services and telehealth assessments and in the case of stillborn babies.
ýý GSAHS Maternity staff will recommend the successful bidder/s, mothers / families may choose not to have photographs taken in hospital at all.
