The Clinical Excellence Commission (CEC) is seeking to engage a consultant to further develop the methodology for conducting the Quality System Assessment Program for the NSW Health System. The Quality System Assessment Program (QSAP) will measure and report on the quality and safety arrangements of public hospitals, Ambulance Service and Justice Health in NSW.
