Tender Details
• The Deliverables of the RFP include:
• Leverage an electronic referral platform that referring practitioners, Practitioners can launch from a Practice Management Software (PMS)
• Use of a provider and services directory to integrate within generic and specialty-specific electronic referral form; currently National Health Services Directory (NHSD)
• Future use of NSW Health State-wide Referral Criteria (SRC) to integrate within specialty-specific electronic referral forms for selected conditions
• Transmission of electronic referral, with attachments, to the NSW Health state-wide electronic referral management system (eRMS) via FHIR Gateway
• State-wide implementation within PMS across NSW to enable multiple participating Local Health Districts (LHDs), to receive electronic referrals, with the potential for additional LHDs, where required
• Provide relevant training resources and associated documentation for development and implementation of electronic referrals (see Section 8)
