Tender Details

• This RFP seeks Proposals from potential suppliers for services for a co-payment claiming system for community pharmacies.

• The Deliverables of the RFP include the services to facilitate the making and payment of claims by eligible NSW community pharmacies for the Section 100 (s100) Highly Specialised Drugs (HSDs) Co-payment Initiative, herein referred to as the co-payment claiming system. This must include an end-to-end service that delivers pharmacy registration, claims processing, claims payments and helpdesk support. This is a mandatory requirement, and tenders will not proceed further in evaluation if not met.

RFT Type

Request for Proposals - An invitation for expressions of interest / seeking preliminary proposals. In many cases these may be used as a basis for shortlisting tenderers, along with other criteria such as expertise and experience. Prospective tenderers are initially evaluated for their proposal against the relevant selection criteria. A number of those who best meet the criteria are invited to tender. For complex or some other types of procurement, where the product or service outcomes are highly dependent on the content of the proposals received from Tenderers, the outcome may be negotiated.
