NSW Health / Burial and Cremation of Deceased Persons without Means - HSSP_HC21_C623

HealthShare NSW, on behalf of the Health Administration Corporation “HAC”, are conducting a competitive Request for Tender (RFT) with the goal of identifying and appointing suitably qualified Suppliers for the provision of dignified and respectful burial and cremation services for deceased persons without means.

The provision of these services facilitates LHD and other approved organisations’ compliance to the current Policy Directive PD2008_012 – Destitute Persons – Cremation or Burial (and any subsequent introductions or amendments to this).

These Specifications cover the burial/cremation of deceased persons without means throughout New South Wales on behalf of the Ministry of Health, Department of Communities and Justice, NSW Health Pathology, Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network, Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network, NSW Local Health Districts (LHDs), or other approved organisations. Supply will be managed through Local Health Districts (LHDs) of NSW Health, NSW Health Pathology, Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network or Justice Health & Forensic Mental Health Network.

This is re-tender of the existing C623 - Burial and Cremation of Deceased Persons without Means contract/arrangement.
