This is a great opportunity for a business to establish a coffee/café service within the new Mudgee hospital. This is a new service not previously offered in this facility.

 

The new hospital is due for completion mid-2020 and includes a small seated Café area located on ground level near to the front entrance of the hospital.

 

Mudgee Health Service is looking to partner with a vendor that has demonstrated experience and has what it takes to run a take away coffee/café business working from a coffee cart located at the main entry of the hospital.

1. Fully understand the requirements to the mandatory compliance with the Healthy Food and Drink in NSW Health Facilities for Staff and Visitors Framework  

2. Agree with draft licence;

3. Return the ‘licence application form’ and associated requested documentation for evaluation by advertised deadline.
