Health Infrastructure (HI), part of NSW Health, is responsible for procuring the planning, delivery, and commissioning of public health infrastructure projects across New South Wales (NSW), Australia, with a capital value exceeding $10 million.

As the result of a decision by the NSW Procurement Board to acknowledge and support international trade agreements established by the Federal Australian Government and agreed to by State Governments – called Enforceable Procurement Provisions - Health Infrastructure will establish its own Construction Services Contractor Procurement List.

To give effect to the EPP, HI is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) to establish a Construction Services Contractor Procurement List for Contractors who have experienced and capability to undertake Capital Projects with an estimated value over AUD 9 million, in the context of a health-related precinct (or similar) or healthcare site.
HI’s Construction Services Contractor Procurement List will provide Australian and international contractors the best opportunities to tender, and ultimately partner, with Health Infrastructure to deliver the most contemporary and innovative Health assets and solutions.
The EOI is the initial stage for contractors (as Applicants) to express their interest by way of EOI application for inclusion on the Procurement List.
The objective of the EOI process is to establish a Procurement List, comprising contractors having suitable capacity, capability, and experience, for consideration and participation in future HI tenders/procurement opportunities for Contractor Services.
