NSW Health / Compliance Obligation Library Update Service for Statutory, Internal and Voluntary Obligations related to NSW Health Assets - HI21279

The compliance obligation library update service will provide an automated service to amend the actual clause and sub-clause wording in the Compliance Obligation Library and send email notifications to the applicable staff, informing them of the update, so that the change can be reviewed and acted upon. Compliance obligation includes all statutory, voluntary and internal obligations applicable to NSW Health assets, including, but not limited to; land, buildings, ICT, plant, equipment and medical equipment. The update service provider will provide regular reports on what legislation has changed and provide a brief summary of the changes and the level of priority that those changes warrant.

The update service provider will provide a Policy Wording Service that will give guidance about the types of internal policies that may be affected by the changes. The project will be in two phases. Phase 1 covering the Interim Compliance Obligation Library and Phase 2 covering the Compliance Obligation Library in AFM Online (Tririga).

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

A mandatory pre-tender briefing has been scheduled as follows:
