Tender Details
NSW Health seeks to engage an experienced organisation with suitably qualified personnel to provide a range of Employee Assistance and Psychological Services as stated in the statement of requirements. The service provider must perform all service components within the nominated service categories.
The Service Provider must have capacity to deliver any or all of the service components 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
An essential component of service delivery is the flexibility and scalability of the Service Provider, their ability to adapt to changes in Service
Requirements and to provide tailored reports for each agency, whilst preserving confidentiality of their clients.
