NSW Health / Lift Maintenance - WSLHD_207056

Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is seeking to engage a lift maintenance contractor/s to service its 101 lifts across its facilities at Westmead Hospital, Mount Druitt Hospital, Blacktown Hospital, Auburn Hospital and various Community Health sites.

The successful tenderer is expected to improve WSLHD lift safety and prolong the life of existing lifts through implementation of a comprehensive maintenance program and standardisation of testing and maintenance.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Site will visits will be available to respondents to allow for accurate pricing. Attendance must be booked 12 hours prior to the inspection date via email to Mitchell.Clancy@health.nsw.gov.au.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions only one person per respondent may attend these site visits.
