NSW Health / Pre qualifying Expressions of Interest for a tender for appointment to a panel of legal service providers for clinical negligence and general liability matters - HAC 10/32

·         NSW Health seeks to invite expressions of interest from suitably qualified legal service for appointment to a Panel of Legal Service Providers who may be requested to act in litigated and unlitigated civil liability matters on behalf of NSW Health entities and individuals working within the NSW public health system who have indemnity cover for certain liabilities under the NSW Treasury Managed Fund Contract of Coverage (i.e. Visiting Medical Officers). The majority of these matters are clinical negligence matters, however, these matters will also include general liability matters, coronial inquests and other matters.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
