Tender Details
Expressions of Interest (“EOIs”) are invited from organisations (“Applicants”) with appropriate experience and capacity to:
• Assist with the preparation, review and monitoring of a project specific commissioning planning and execution using HI’s template documents and project scope documents.
• Assist with the preparation and or review of existing site and building services validation, commissionable services lists from project scopes, technical service integration matrix plus review and monitor service ITP’s
• Assist in the preparation, review and or monitor of Witness testing, training and validation of building service systems.
• Assist in the preparation, review and or monitor of service integration testing (Black Start testing).
• Review of asset data, maintenance and warranty documentation plus the review of certification for building system.
• Participate in commissioning meetings and sub group meetings to assist achieving appropriate engagement of all relevant parties and the delivery of scope and contract requirements.
These tasks and reviews will require attendance at various locations (urban and rural) across NSW.
