Tender Details

The existing four high voltage boards in the central energy station are circa the 1980s, and parts are obsolete. These boards are part of critical electrical infrastructure providing power to multiple campus buildings.

During the project, the power supply will be limited. Hence, the successful tender should work closely with the hospital project team and clinical staff.

Significant power outages without mitigation will not be allowed, and a scheduled plan of outages with the appropriate backup or alternative plan will be required. Engineering will refuse to allow the contractor to carry out major power outages without a mitigation plan suitable to the engineering and clinical needs of the site.
