Tender Details

ENGAGE is a brief intervention that aims to address a gap in delivery of early interventions for perpetrators of domestic violence (DV), test best practice engagement of perpetrators in voluntary interventions, and influence program readiness.

ENGAGE is being upscaled from the two existing trial locations to a total of nine locations across 3 clusters:

Cluster 1 Raymond Terrace; Cessnock; Maitland

Cluster 2 Penrith; Blacktown

Cluster 3 Fairfield; Bankstown; Liverpool; Wollongong

Procurement is for the engagement of suitably qualified organisation(s) to deliver ENGAGE workshops in the 9 locations. This could be the same provider in one or more locations or a different provider for each location.

The successful tenderer (s), under contract to the Department, will deliver ENGAGE workshops (week nights and/or Saturdays), and undertake administrative and reporting duties.

It is a requirement that applicants are registered providers against the NSW Minimum Standards for Men’s Behaviour Change Programs or will be by 1 January 2019.

The service delivery model will include Engagement and Program Delivery Officers employed by the Department to recruit defendants at court; undertake assessments and schedule participants into ENGAGE workshops.
