Tender Details

The purpose of the Premier's Anzac Memorial Scholarship tour is to   provide an educational experience for Australian students through an immersive experience of Australia 's involvement in the World Wars. The tour achieves this by taking students to significant battlefields , educational sites and institutions , in Europe and Asia , over a period of around 12 days. Four tours , including 2019-2022 , are to be organised. The tours should cover particular areas of content and skills contained in the NSW syllabus , and should be tailored to the needs of high school students. Tours are expected to occur in September/October each year , and planning for each annual tour should commence 1. year prior to departure.

 

Tours are to include: all meals , all accommodation in twin , triple or quad share rooms in three and four star hotels and/ or good quality hostels with private bathrooms , all land travel by private coach, a tour manager , entrance fees to all sites, return economy class air travel from Australia to the destination , and internal flights if required, with a reputable carrier, and all departure taxes and fuel surcharges for a return trip to and from the destination , travel insurance .
