The Department of Family and Community Services (FACS) is seeking to establish for NSW Government a Register of Independent Specialists to assist with the operation of Restrictive Practices Authorisation (RPA) Panels in NSW.
The purpose of the Register is to ensure that service providers delivering disability services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in NSW can access independent specialists to participate in RPA Panels.
