The RFx is for the Provision of Computerised Fibre Laser Cutting Machine for Corrective Service Industries (CSI) Engineering Business Unit at Macquarie Correctional Centre.
The Engineering Business Units requires advanced technology to cut metal to achieve consistency and quality during the manufacturing process. The machine must include but not limited to:
1. 2000 Watts Laser Source
2. Industrial CNC Controller
3. Multi- Finger Touch Control
4. USP Port
5. Maximum 320 GB Program Data Storage
6. Cutting Heads with Auto Focus Adjustment
7. User friendly to operate
8. Dust and Fume Filtration System Auto Cleaning and HEPA 14 Filtration (EN ISO 15012 Standard)
9. IEC 60825-1:2014 – Safety of laser products
10. Maintenance Services schedule plan for up to ten (10) years post warranty period.
