Tender Details

The NSW Card Operations unit within the Department of Communities and Justice (Department) requires the services of an external organisation to undertake print management, warehousing and distribution services to assist with operational and fulfilment work for both the NSW Seniors Card and NSW Companion Card programs.

Print management, warehousing and distribution services are critical to meeting operational and service commitments to Seniors Card members, Companion Card holders and business partners.

The successful print provider must be able to manage the NSW Card Operations daily fulfilment operations, annual projects and ad-hoc work.

The NSW Seniors Card program has over 1.7 million members, with around 6,000 – 7,000 new members per month joining the program. Every month NSW Seniors Card receives an average of 800 requests from members for replacement cards due to their previous card being lost, stolen or broken.

The Seniors Card Directory is distributed to thousands of pick up points across NSW as well as a portion (approximately 50,000) being sent out direct to households.

The NSW Seniors Card program produces around 285,000 physical directories per year. This is made up of five different versions totalling between 80 and 150 pages for each version.

The NSW Companion Card program has over 35,000 cardholders, with between 300 – 400 new cards and 300 replacement cards issued each month.
