NSW Department of Communities and Justice / Disability Group Homes Property Management - Prj_2367 - RFX Notice

The NSW Government provides Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) under the NDIS for people with a disability who require specialist housing solutions, including assistance with the delivery of supports that cater for extreme functional impairment or very high support needs. This accommodation is provided via almost 800 Group Homes (Portfolio),  which the State, through the Minister for Disability Services owns. 

 

The Property Manager will be required to provide quality property management services to support and maintain the portfolio and manage the relationship with Specialist Disability Accommodation providers (the lessees) on behalf of the Lessor under the NDIS framework for SDA.
