The service that forms part of this RFT is: Property Services – Safety and Compliance Inspections of Properties - providing a building inspection service which includes the provision of a building condition assessment report. The emphasis of this report is for recommendations on the elimination of safety hazards and essential repairs and/or a Pre-purchase Building and Pest Inspection.
