Courts and Tribunal Services (CaTS) is a Division of the NSW Department of Justice that supports the judiciary to operate courts and tribunals in NSW.

As part of the operations, in 2013, CaTS developed in-house a Jury Management System (JMS) to replace an old mainframe system. The JMS optimised the Jury Management selection process and service delivery and provides greater service quality and efficiency.

CaTS has engaged PwC as the transaction and commercial manager to support the procurement process and assist in the negotiation of commercial agreements.

 

The respondents need to sign Confidentiality Agreement in order to receive the sensitive attachments mentioned in RFT Part A.
