Corrective Services NSW will shortly deliver an open tender for the provision of the Funded Partnership Initiative (FPI) support services for a further five years.
The accommodation-related services, under the FPI, require a high level of collaboration between CSNSW and non-Government Service Provider(s). CSNSW is prepared to engage a single supplier or multiple suppliers to provide Transitional Supported Accommodation (TSA) and Extended Reintegration Service (ERS) services. The supplier may be a partnership or consortium and CSNSW encourages the formation of such arrangements to meet its needs.
The TSA service provides 12 weeks accommodation and reintegration support for offenders with complex needs in the areas of Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs, Social and Family, Employment and Training.
TSA services will be provided at the following locations:
Inner Sydney, Western Sydney, North and South Coast regions of NSW.
The ERS offers up to 12 weeks pre-release and up to 9 months post-release supported accommodation and interventions for offenders on supervision orders with cognitive impairment, substance related disorder(s) and high-level support needs.

It is a requirement that interested parties register with e-tender NSW to enable access to the tender documents.
It is anticipated that a non-compulsory Tender Briefing Session for all services will be provided on 17 August 2018 to interested tenderers during the period the planned tender is open.
