RailCorp intends to conduct a two-staged procurement activity to acquire software as a service solution which is aligned to ITIL and ITSM best practice to meet the requirements for Configuration Management, Release Management and Environment Management and better integration to Change Management as part of its Enterprise Release Management (ERM) program. The solution is intended to be used within RailCorp and provide opportunity for other Transport agencies to leverage the solution as and when required.
