The mechanical services required for project upgrade of the Chillers and associated services for the Central Railway Station.

The worksites comprise Platform on roof west wing containing chillers, and plant containing three (3) centrifugal pumps, associated services and reticulation pipe work.

The proposed works include:

·          Program, Coordination and site conditions monitoring

·          Demolition

·          Renovation

·          New equipment

·          Electrics and Controls

·          Ancillary works and services

·          Building Works
