RailCorp seeks Tenders from suitably qualified companies to develop and deliver a training program to enhance the skills of staff who make public announcements.

The Required services are to be delivered in 2 phases and include:

Phase one requirements

·         Customisation and development of a one day training program for an estimated 350 staff.

·         Provide a support  and further training in  a classroom environment for peer coaches.

·         Conduct a review all scripts and pre-recorded messages. 

Phase two requirements are to cascade the program to an estimated 2500 staff.
