Transport Asset Holding Entity of New South Wales / Provision of Medical Response & Paramedical Services - 2005/1302

RailCorp is issuing this RFP in order to establish a preferred service provider (or service providers) to supply medical response and paramedical services (the Services) in key areas (referred to herein as Service Areas) of NSW.

Tenderers are invited to lodge a tender to provide Services for one or more of the areas nominated by RailCorp. Each offer for a discrete area is independent and separable and RailCorp may accept an offer for one area while not accepting others from the same tenderer. Service Providers who are selected through this process will enter into a Service Agreement with RailCorp and they may, over the period of the Service Agreement, be required to provide Services at their agreed rates.

The Service Agreement will remain in place for an initial period (or Term) of 24 months. Additionally, at RailCorp’s sole discretion, the period of the Service Agreement may be extended for three (3) single periods of up to 12 months each.
