RailCorp has an obligation when necessary, to replace a condenser water system to improve system efficiency, reduce power and water consumption and improve operational  reliability and availability.

This requirement is for replacing the cooling tower systems at Wynyard and Blacktown stations. The mechanical services required for this project are for the upgrade of the condenser water system and associated services for the Wynyard and Blacktown Railway Stations.

The worksites comprise underground and aerial plant rooms containing cooling towers, centrifugal pumps, associated services and reticulation pipe work.

 

The proposed works include:

1)       Program, Coordination and site conditions monitoring

2)       Demolition

3)       Renovation

4)       New equipment

5)       DDC Controls

6)       Associated Works

7)       Building Works
