Transport for NSW (Transport Infrastructure Projects) / Expression of Interest - Mamre Road Upgrade between the M4 Motorway, St Clair and Erskine Park Road, Erskine Park - 22.0000139286.1529.ROI

Qualified contractors are invited to submit an Expression of Interest for the construction of Mamre Road upgrade between the M4 Motorway, St Clair and Erskine Park Road, Erskine Park project. This work consists of the construction of a new four lane divided road extending about four kilometres including two bridge size culverts.

The successful tenderer will be selected through a two-phase procurement process. The first phase requires applicants to submit this EOI.  A shortlist of applicants will be selected from this EOI process and invited to a four-week project familiarisation phase that will be held prior to inviting tenders. 

Prospective tenderers must:

•be prequalified with Transport for NSW under the National Prequalification Scheme for Civil (Road and Bridge) Construction Contracts at Category R5 for roadworks and B3 for bridgeworks.

•possess Financial Level F75 

•have substantial experience with similar work.

A briefing session for prospective Expression of Interest applicants will be held via MS Teams on Monday 6 February 2023 at 1:30pm. The session will run for approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. Attendance at the Briefing is Highly Recommended. This project is fully funded by the NSW state government.
